A: Yes. We will review and explain in detail every inspection. We provide consultation support for all of our clients and real estate agents. Your inspector will make arrangements with you at the time of the inspection or you can call our office at anytime.

Q: How do I open and navigate through my inspection report?

A: Your inspection report will be delivered via email with directions explaining exactly how to open it. At the bottom of your email there will be a link to click on. Simply click the link, and allow a minute or so for the report to open in your internet browser. Once the document has opened, you have the choice to scroll through the report, click on different sections of the report and save the report. Simply click on the “save as” button and save the report to your desired location, such as your desktop.

Q: How do I know if a representative actually stops and “watches” my home while I am away?

A: Every time one of our inspectors performs a home watch service we take a picture of the home that is time stamped. We also discreetly leave a ‘Your Home Has Been Watched’ card, logging each visit. When requested, we can contact a neighbor during a routine stop and leave them any detailed information.

Q: My coupon expired, can I still use it?

A: Contact our office with your specific coupon. While some promotions are on a limited basis, we frequently extend our promotions and are continually adding new ones. Often, our current promotions are as good as or better than those expired!
